Get Flozu

Flozu runs in any modern browser and as a Mac app. Both are the same app: what works in one works in the other.

Open my.flozu.app in a current version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari. Sign in with Google or GitHub to keep your maps in your account and open them anywhere, or continue as a guest to keep them in this browser.

To run Flozu on your own computer from its source, you need access to its repository, Node.js 22.23.4 or later and pnpm 10. Run this way, nobody signs in, and your maps are saved in the browser you use.

Terminal window
corepack enable # once, to get the pnpm version Flozu uses
git clone https://github.com/flozu-app/flozu.git
cd flozu
pnpm install
pnpm dev # opens Flozu at http://localhost:5173

If your Node doesn’t include Corepack, npm install -g pnpm works too.

The Mac app is Flozu in its own window, with a menu bar, and each map saved as a file you can see in Finder. See the Mac app for what it adds and how to get it.
